The age old question . . . Ravens or Owls. Actually that would be a tough one for me. I LOVE ravens, yet I have always dreamed of white owls.

It's done!!!!!

I've been working the last, geez has it been almost a year?!?!? on a magazine, the Edible Raven. I did both the illustrations and the setup on it. I'm so proud of it. I love the stories in it and getting to illustrate them, truly let me see what I want to do in life. You have those jobs you do mainly for the paycheck and then you have those jobs - if you're lucky - that are what you are suppose to be doing in life.

There were the usually bumps (okay maybe more like a mountain or two) along the way, but all learning experiences to store away for next time. And there will be a next time. Plans are already in the making for Issue Two. I'm so excited.

I love feathers, my husband brings them to me instead of flowers. And I much prefer them. Not that I don't love flowers. I just have a love/hate relationship in growing them. I planted tulips that are just starting to show their heads. Hopefully we will have a truce and bloomage will commence.

It's getting close! I've been illustrating a new magazine - the Edible Raven, and it's almost ready to go to print. It should be ready later this month on MagCloud.
