It's done!!!!! I've been working the last, geez has it been almost a year?!?!? on a magazine, the Edible Raven. I did both the illustrations and the setup on it. I'm so proud of it. I love the stories in it and getting to illustrate them, truly let me see what I want to do in life. You have those jobs you do mainly for the paycheck and then you have those jobs - if you're lucky - that are what you are suppose to be doing in life.
There were the usually bumps (okay maybe more like a mountain or two) along the way, but all learning experiences to store away for next time. And there will be a next time. Plans are already in the making for Issue Two. I'm so excited.
